Like all of you, we've been monitoring the evolving global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19).  At Ultimate we continue to value the safety of our customers and employees.  We would like to share what we have been doing in our operation to uphold that commitment.

  • We have hand-sanitizing stations throughout the dealership to allow visitors and personnel to clean their hands more frequently;

 

  • We have increased the frequency in which high-volume, high-touch areas, including paper towel dispensers, vanity tops, counters, and door handles, are cleaned;

 

  • Our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds;

 

  • We are monitoring communications from numerous agencies including our state trade Association, Chamber of Commerce, plus the health departments at the city, state, and federal levels to make sure we receive the latest updates and protocols;

 

  • We have distributed critical information to key staff members and business partners to help prevent communicable sicknesses throughout our Dealerships; and

 

  • Our showroom offices, customer lounges and demo vehicles are disinfected and cleaned throughout the day - these measures include the use of disinfectant cleaning agents and increased frequency  

HOW WILL THIS AFFECT YOUR SERVICE?


1. We are here to help as we understand the need for continued service during this hectic time.

2. We are doing our best to minimize walk-in appointments, as well as, person to person contact. 

3. We are encouraging customers to utilize night drop and after-hours pick-up to help reduce person to person contact. 

4. We are offering courtesy pick-up and delivery service and offering off site repairs; dependent upon your needs and convenience. Please        contact us to see how we may best assist you. 

5. Please inform personnel of any symptoms you may have before entering, as to help keep our other customers and employees safe.

6. We are taking every measure and precaution to ensure the safety of every single customer and staff member here at Ultimate Subaru.

7. Please note, due to many shutdowns within Subaru customer service and technical service support facilities, parts shipments as well as wait times may be extended. Subaru of America is working hard to still meet the demands of its loyal customers, while also maintaining safety standards to keep all staff members safe.
